Welcome to Faithful Farms LLC (“Faithful Farms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and any other individuals who interact with Faithful Farms online or in person. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website or purchasing our products and services.

Faithful Farms LLC is a Florida-registered limited liability company specializing in handcrafted and small-batch goods, including but not limited to:

• Cottage food products (e.g., jams, baked goods, sauces);
   
• Farm-fresh products (e.g., eggs, honey, seasonal produce);
   
• Apothecary items (e.g., soaps, lotions, candles);
   
• Floral arrangements and décor;
   
• Custom carpentry and design services;
   
• Catering and event services.
   

All food items are produced in compliance with Florida Cottage Food Laws (Florida Statute § 500.80) and are not subject to state inspection.

Orders may be placed through our website, social media pages, or by direct communication with Faithful Farms.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full prior to fulfillment of any order or service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Faithful Farms reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases involving pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Faithful Farms currently offers:

• Local pickup and delivery within designated service areas in St. Johns County, Florida; and
   
• Shipping on select non-perishable items within the United States.
   

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Faithful Farms is not liable for delays caused by weather, postal carrier issues, or events beyond our control.

Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

We will gladly review requests for refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

• You received an incorrect product or item;
   
• Your order arrived damaged in transit; or
   
• A service or product was not rendered as agreed.
   

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Faithful Farms reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that fall outside these guidelines or involve misuse, improper storage, or subjective dissatisfaction with product scent, color, or texture.

All services, including carpentry, catering, floral design, and apothecary creations, are rendered with care and professionalism. However, Faithful Farms assumes no liability for:

• Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products;
   
• Damages arising from installation, handling, or storage by the customer;
   
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of any product or service.
   

Faithful Farms products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no health claims are made or implied.

All content on this website, including the Faithful Farms name, logo, trademarks, photos, text, designs, and artwork, is the exclusive property of Faithful Farms LLC and protected under U.S. copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and any dispute arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of St. Johns County, Florida.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faithful Farms LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, services, or website. Your use of our products and services is at your own risk.

 Faithful Farms LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
